Congratulations to the Carroll Manor Elementary School (CMES) PTA for Receiving the PTA of Distinction Award for 2007-2008!!

On September 22, 2008, the PTA Council of Frederick County recognized the CMES PTA as a PTA of Distinction for the 2007-2008 school year. CMES was one of only six schools in Frederick County that were recognized with an award. Congratulations to the 2007-2008 PTA for their hard work and dedication!
